Shipping policy

We are committed to delivering your fruit-infused tea blends quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders within the United States.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order is being prepared for shipment.

Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available at checkout): 2–4 business days

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer special promotions such as:

  • Free shipping on qualifying orders over a certain amount
  • Discounted shipping during seasonal sales

Any applicable shipping fees will always be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Local Delivery & Pickup

We do not offer local delivery, store pickup, or in-store collection options. All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment facility.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real-time until it arrives at your doorstep.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3–5 business days after ordering, please contact our support team.

Delays & Service Interruptions

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High seasonal order volumes
  • Postal service disruptions

We appreciate your patience in such cases and will always do our best to ensure your order reaches you safely.

Changes, Cancellations & Lost Orders

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, changes may not be possible.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
